Therefore, we must be informed about possible compliance violations. In order to maintain our ethical integrity, we take early action against systematic or substantial compliance violations. This safeguards our company and protects our employees, our customers and all employees along our supply chain.
OUR CONFIDENTIAL REPORTING CHANNEL
Our whistleblower system offers our employees as well as our customers, consumers, suppliers and other external stakeholders a protected, secure and independent reporting channel.
The platform is based on the ISO 27001-certified whistleblowing system by LegalTegrity. The whistleblowing system fulfils the highest security and data protection requirements and is available at all times - wherever DENTAL-Kosmetik operates and local legislation permits.

THE REPORTING PROCESS
What is a reporting system and how does it work?
A whistleblowing system is a secure digital channel for the confidential reporting of violations.
What types of complaints is the whistleblowing system intended for?
You can use our whistleblowing system to inform us of violations of legal or internal company regulations. We accept your reports in various categories. These include, for example, commercial crime, discrimination, breach of human rights and environmental protection. You can find a list of all reporting categories on the homepage of our whistleblowing system. The system offers employees and external stakeholders a safe and always anonymous way to raise concerns without fear of repercussions. Thus it plays an important role in promoting transparency and integrity within the organisation.
How can I report breaches of the law?
The whistleblower system allows employees and external stake holders (e.g. customers) to confidentially and anonymously report breaches of the law. Whistleblowers can log in via a link on the company website and submit their report using predefined questions or as a free text. Photos or files can be uploaded too.
Who processes the reports?
The reports are initially processed by external lawyers and compliance experts. All experts act impartially and are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
What happens after I have submitted a report?
The result of this initial assessment is reviewed and evaluated by trained DENTAL-Kosmetik employees. If you have set up a mailbox in the system as a whistleblower, you will promptly receive confirmation that we have received your report. If necessary, the person handling your report will also contact you with further questions about the case.
How does the investigation work?
We investigate every report. The confidential treatment of the report is our top priority. We therefore limit the number of people involved in the investigation to what is absolutely necessary. The accused persons are always given the opportunity to comment on the grievances described in the report. Please let us know in your report if you have given your name but do not want it to be known to the accused. If necessary, we will forward the information you have reported to government authorities. If our investigation confirms that a compliance violation has occurred, we will take the necessary action.
How do I find out the result of my report?
If you have set up a protected mailbox, you will receive feedback from us about the result of the investigation after it has been completed. Please understand that we cannot provide any detailed results as the personal rights of the accused persons have to be protected in any case.
Can I submit an anonymous report?
You can submit your report anonymously. As long as you do not enter any data that could be used to identify you, your anonymity is technically guaranteed by the whistleblower portal (LegalTegrity). In this case, we recommend that you set up a protected mailbox so that those responsible can contact you with queries and give you feedback.
How am I protected from being penalised because of my report?
Your protection starts with minimising the number of people who find out your identity. Action against individuals who report compliance violations in good faith is prohibited by law. If you have reason to believe that you are being penalised or disadvantaged because of your report, please also report this via our whistleblower system. However, if you knowingly provide false or misleading information, you must expect consequences.
